Media personality Toke Makinwa cannot contain her joy as her daughter, Yakira Eliana, turned one today, August 7. She made different posts with images of her beautiful little girl.
The screen star shared a video of her baby besides a phone showing countdown to one. When it got to one, Makinwa added a tag showing “1” to her baby’s hand. She captioned the video, “My baby is 1. 365 days around the sun. Say a prayer for Yakira Eliana.”
In another post, she shared beautiful images of her beautiful daughter clothed in a purple and milky white apparel. She wrote, “The best part of my story, finally yours to meet. Yakira Eliana. My precious answered prayer. My greatest love. My greatest blessing.
“One whole year of you, and today, I finally share a little piece of my heaven with the world. God can be trusted. God is real. Just like Hagar, my mouth can testify that I have met “El-Roi”, the God who sees me.”
“Happy birthday Yakira Eliana, my Yaya, Ya Pom Pom, Ya mama, my little bum bum.. Guys, meet your niece. I cooked ohhh. He is beautiful.”
The mother of one continued to celebrate her daughter’s birthday as she implored Internet users to be nice to her and her baby.
In her words, “I kept my greatest blessing close… until now. Happy first birthday to my daughter Yakira Eliana. The world is so much brighter because you are in it. 1 today. A lifetime of loving and celebrating you to go.
“Your life is ordained, therefore it is blessed. God brought you to this side of eternity, and you will make your mother proud. Welcome to mummy’s Internet. Please behave yourselves, internet – that’s my baby!”
