Nigerian footballer, Rafiu Durosimi, made the news during the weekend as he tied the nuptial knot with his Belgian -Nigerian fiancée Praise Nwanegbo in a classy ceremony.
The Super Eagles player, who was part of the team that won the just-concluded Unity Cup in London, danced with his bride as they began their marital journey.

In the video shared on social media, Durosimi was asked to share his first dance with his bride and they moved their bodies to “Big God,” the hit song by gospel singer, Tim Godfrey.
The football star and his wife were excited as their family and friends shared in their joy. Still in the mood of dancing, the disc jockey (DJ) played the timeless love song by Tosin Martins, Olo Mi. The couple was serenaded and had a good time during their wedding ceremony.

Beyond the expression of love on their special day, the couple gave some fashion goals in their cultural attires. The groom looked dapper in his classy Agbada, stylish cap, and glamorous coral beads.
The bride did not come to play as she made a fashion statement with her dazzling outfit, gorgeous ‘gele’, and beautiful jewellery, which added glamour to her appearance.
It was a celebration of love and a journey to create memorable moments for Rafiu and Praise. The wedding venue was packed with guests who turned up in magnificent aso-ebi designs which were displayed in the video.
While some people have praised Durosimi for being an excellent footballer, others congratulated him for making a bold step to start his own family with his beautiful wife.
